WAKABAYASHI TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Parties
   This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Ömer Faruk Dinçer (Wakabayashi), the owner of the website, and the user (“Member”) who registers on the website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
   This Agreement governs the terms and conditions regarding the Member’s registration to Wakabayashi’s website and use of the platform, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Membership Conditions

• The Member agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• Wakabayashi shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information. 
• Membership accounts are personal and may only be used by the registered Member.

4. Account Security

• The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password.
• Wakabayashi shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the sharing of account information with third parties. 

• Wakabayashi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if any suspicious activity is detected.

5. Terms of Use
   While using the site, the Member:

• Not to engage in any actions contrary to applicable laws or public morality 
• Not to attempt any action that may harm or disrupt the system 
• Not to engage in fake orders, misuse, or fraudulent activities

6. Order and Service Usage
   By placing an order through the website, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted the Distance Sales Agreement and all other applicable policies in force.
   
7. Intellectual Property Rights
   

   All visuals, designs, logos, and texts on the website belong to Wakabayashi.  

   These materials may not be used, reproduced, or utilized for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Suspension and Termination of Membership
   

   Wakabayashi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the following cases:  

• Use in violation of this Agreement
• Suspicious transactions or misuse
• Any behavior that threatens system security

9. Limitation of Liability
   

   Wakabayashi shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the website.  

   Access to the website may be temporarily suspended due to technical reasons.

10. Privacy
    The Member’s personal data shall be processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
    
11. Amendments
    

    Wakabayashi reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.  

    The updated Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is published on the website.

12. Dispute Resolution
    

    In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey shall have jurisdiction.
