Returns and Exchanges Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wakabayashi, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, return and exchange processes are subject to specific rules.
- General Period
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the product delivery date.

Return and Exchange Conditions
For a return or exchange to be possible:
- The product must be unused
- The hygiene tag must not be removed
- The original packaging must not be damaged
- It must be in resalable condition

Underwear Products (IMPORTANT)
Due to hygiene regulations, for the following products:
- Panties
- Thongs
- Bodysuits
- Bikinis
- Swimsuits
👉 Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the hygiene tag has been removed.

Products Not Accepted for Return
Returns/exchanges are not made for the following products:
- Used products
- Products with the hygiene tag removed
- Custom-made products (embroidered, etc.)
- Campaign / outlet / special sale products
- Defective or Faulty Products
- If the product is faulty or defective, you have the right to return or exchange it.
- In this case, the shipping fee will be covered by Wakabayashi.
- Return Process
- Return requests must be created through the account panel or customer services.
- The product must be sent with its invoice.
- Approved returns will be refunded within 10 days according to the payment method.
- Shipping Fees
- Except for defective products, the return shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.
- Fees arising from shipments other than contracted cargo will not be covered.
- Exchange Process
- Exchange requests are processed after the product reaches us.
- The new product will be shipped depending on stock availability.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled.
- For orders that have been shipped, the return process applies instead of cancellation.
