Distance Sales Agreement

WAKABAYASHI DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Parties
This agreement is concluded between Ömer Faruk Dinçer (Wakabayashi) and the customer (BUYER) who makes purchases through www.wakabayashi.com.tr.
Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically.
Product Information
The type, quantity, model, color, and sales price of the products are in line with the information presented to the BUYER during the order.
Payment and Delivery

The order is processed after payment is confirmed.
Products are delivered as soon as possible, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.
Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and Inspection
The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product upon receipt. Damaged products should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the cargo officer.
Right of Withdrawal (RETURN)

The BUYER can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition.

For underwear products, returns are not accepted if the hygiene tag has been removed.
Returns of used or tried-on products are not accepted.
However, the right to return/exchange is reserved for manufacturing defects or faulty products.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email or customer service.
The product must be sent with its original packaging and invoice.
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days according to the payment method.

Force Majeure
In cases such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical problems, delivery times may be extended. In this situation, the BUYER will be informed.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
Enforcement
The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement when placing an order.
