- Orders placed on weekdays until 16:30 will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 16:30 and on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Time
- Standard products: Delivered to cargo within 1–3 business days.
- This period may vary during peak seasons.
- Customized Products.
- These products may be delivered in a longer period depending on the production process.
- Shipping Process
- When your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent via SMS and/or email.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your region.
- Delivery and Responsibility
- Your orders are delivered via a cargo company.
- It is recommended to check your package during delivery.
- Damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the cargo official.
- Absence at Address
- If you are not at the address during delivery, the cargo company will leave your package at the branch.
- If your package is not collected within a certain period, your order will be returned to us.
- General Note
- Delays in delivery times may occur due to logistical processes.
- Wakabayashi commits to delivering orders as soon as possible.
